To enrol in any of our programs, you have the option of visiting our campus in person or applying online. If you choose to apply online, please adhere to the following procedure:
1. Complete the “Apply Now” form with your information. Email all necessary documents to us and await a confirmation email.
2. Process the payment for your fee online and forward the transaction details to us via email.
3. Please note that your admission will only be officially confirmed after we have conducted a physical verification of all relevant documents.
Admission is on the basis of merit of marks secured in Class XII for UG Level or Graduation for PG Level. Rules and Regulations as per the Rajasthan University.
Admission Guidelines
- Application form can be obtained from the college on the payment of Rs. 200/-
- The admission form can also be obtained and deposited online through the college website www.vivekpgcollege.com
- The completed form must be submitted along with the self-attested photocopies of :
- Mark sheets of class X and XII / last qualifying examination (two copies)
- Migration certificate (Original)
- Transfer certificate and Character certificate (Original)
- Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/SBC/Minority Community Only)
- Passport size photographs (3 photos)
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card of student
- Photocopies of other relevant documents
- Original mark sheet of class XII / last qualification will have to be shown at the time of admission and original migration certificate (wherever required) and transfer certificate will have to be submitted at the time of admission without which admission will not be confirmed.
- Changing of stream after admission will be possible only if seats are available in that particular stream.
Please Note:
- Admission is confirmed only after the requisite fee has been deposited.
- Original documents once deposited will not be returned until the enrolment process is complete.
Rules and Regulations
Rules and Regulations for students at the college:
- Strict discipline is required in the college campus, any misconduct may lead to expulsion without notice, and no fees will be refunded.
- Students must wear the prescribed uniform and carry their identity card within the college campus.
- Nuisance of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Respecting faculty, office staff, and other employees is mandatory.
- Engaging in illegal messaging about the college on social media platforms will result in strict action.
- Political activities are prohibited on campus.
- Use of tobacco, alcohol, and cigarettes is strictly prohibited and punishable.
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
- The college reserves the right to change the course schedule at any time.
- Listening to music and gaming activities are not allowed on campus.
These rules ensure a conducive learning environment and maintain decorum within the college premises.
